Located at the same area of the Villa Talisay Garden but in a different house, our guests
can stay also in a cozy apartment.
This apartment, based on the ground floor, is equipped with
- a living room
- a double bed room
- a personal small terrace
- and a private bathroom (en suite).
The apartment with his own small terrace in fornt of the living room is facing to the private beach / lagoon, surrounded by a nice created garden and a small magrove forest in front.
The main terrace ( a huge one ) on the west side is facing to the sea with the garden in front.
Take your drink and enjoy the indescribable sunsets there.

A restaurant ("The Bamboo Terrace") with Filipino/European cuisine is available in a walking distance.

Several Waterfalls nearby like the well-known 4 level Dagubdob Falls, the famous Kweba Falls, River Trekking or rain forest explorations.

Please note:
- Minimum stay 3 nights
- Maximum capacity 2 Persons.
- For children till 10 years old we charge 800PHP/ day.
- Food and drinks must be paid itself (self catering).
- Additional cost for final cleaning
- As a cancelation fee and deposit we charge 50% from the confirmed booking period.
(This fee / deposit will be deducted from your bill, after leaving the house/room.)
Caution:
- Villa: 5.000 PHP
- Apartment: 2.500 PHP
